How do made to order items work?
Made to order items are created as soon as you purchase. There is no pre-existing inventory of the items, production starts after the order is placed rather than before.
How often do you restock?
Restocks are fairly random and are based upon the number of requests made for each item. You can request for restock by clicking on the item you like and choosing the request button in the middle. Items are prioritized based on the number of requests and then opened for new orders once previous orders are fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Made to order items cannot be cancelled, but other items are given a 24 hour period for cancellation as long as tracking has not already been added. Cancellations are done via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to make each item?
Items can take anywhere from 6-13 hours to hand make. Bucket hats usually take 5-6 hours, bags take 8-9 hours, tops take 9-12 hours, and dresses take 10-13 hours. Of course, this is also open to vary based upon the detail work needed for the specific item.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Dependent upon the shipping option chosen, orders can take anywhere from 5-20 days to arrive. Our shipping options can be found here. Shipping options include production time.
